The  WCG finals will take place at the Centro de Congressos in Estoril between September the 5th and the 7th. Among other activities, there will be a FunParty PC and Xbox limited to 150 users, handled by Associação K1ck Clube de Desportos Electrónicos. A “FunParty Rest Area” that includes a place to sleep is available, only to the Fun Party participants.

There were some changes in the  k1ck.cod4 squad. Out of the team are hawk, lost his motivation to play CoD, proxy due to the fact that he will be focusing on his football team and Raute with problems in attending most of the lan events.

By beating [16:14] Flashpoint last night, in the consolation final at the WCG Online Qualifier, the K1ck.cs team booked a place in the Counter-Strike World Cyber Games spanish finals that will be played in Madrid at the Palacio Vistalegre, September 19th-21st.

With most of the K1ck Counter-Strike Source team already in UK heading for  Stoneleigh Park, the preliminary CSS competition seeds have been released. In a tournament with a 12 000 Eur prize fund, a maximum of 128 teams and at least 96 expected, K1ck has been seeded in the 8th position.

Another K1ck eSports Club season comes to an end and again we beat the record! Last season, 2006-2007, we scored 117 awards from August 2006 to July 2007. In the season that now ends, 2007-2008, we have scored 128 awards from August 2007 to July 2008, with 75 awards corresponding to 1st places and 30 to 2nd places.
Just when you thought that last season would be a landmark, again K1ck have improved and again K1ck did better!

Starting with Counter-Strike Source and the upcoming Multiplay i34 Festival, our team changed the lineup that will attend the event, with the inclusion of Carlos " Dumbazo" Garcia, a well known player in the community.
Still in the Counter-Strike theme, but this time moving to version 1.6, we would like to announce Miguel " Makalister" Domínguez as the newest player in our K1ck.cs team that recently performed in Bilbao, at the Gamegune event.

The Antwerp eSports Festival FIFA competition will begin this Friday, July the 25th in  Antwerp. Being an important tournament, with 4 000 Eur as prize-money, many of the top Fifa players around the world will attend the event. Three players from K1ck eSports Club will be there and they will all fight for the best place in the final classification.

On a busy summer, K1ck eSports Club CSS team will be taking part in the Multiplay i34 Counter-Strike Source tournament that will be held in Stoneleigh Park. Being one of the best competitions in Europe, the team is anxious to demonstrate in what kind of shape they are in.
There is also a new series of tournaments for CSS teams that goes by the name of Eurokrieg. The invitations have been sent and K1ck.css will be participating in the first edition.
